Shipping policy

Shipping Conformation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
****If you do not purchase the ROUTE package protection when you are checking out, your package will have no insurance. The route package protection protects your package if it gets lost, stolen or delivered and never received. 

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 3-6 business days. It will be shipped within 2-3 days depending on the shipping option you choose. 

International Orders

Once your order is processed please allow 1- 4 weeks to receive. 

The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing Bank Card used on the transaction. 

On some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. ShopByLeslie and carrier do not have control over how long customs can hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as ShopByLeslie does not cover additional customs fee charges. ShopByLeslie is not responsible for applicable customs fee, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. 

Custom Orders 

 All custom orders take up to 3-5 weeks to ship out.
